Nonconformance & Corrective Action Form and Nonconformance Register

You'll get a form to record your nonconformance issues and the corrective actions taken to resolve the problem. You might have heard it called NCR and CAPA. There are instructions for how to use the form on the back (when printed double sided). It's a MSWord doc, so you can modify it to fit your needs. You also get a Nonconformance Register for tracking reported issues and assigning numbers (in Excel).
